Splošni pogoji poslovanja urejajo poslovno razmerje med ponudnikom in kupcem. Kupca zavezujejo splošni pogoji poslovanja, ki so veljavni v trenutku oddaje spletnega naročila. Kupec je ob oddaji naročila opozorjen na splošne pogoje poslovanja in z oddajo naročila potrdi svojo seznanjenost in strinjanje z njimi.
Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do spremembe splošnih pogojev poslovanja. Morebitne spremembe bodo objavljene na spletni strani in začnejo veljati s trenutkom objave.
Z nakupom izdelka uporabnik postane kupec. Po oddaji naročila kupec po elektronski pošti prejme obvestilo, da je naročilo sprejeto. Kupcu so tam dostopni podatki o statusu in vsebini naročila. Po prejemu naročila je kupec v najkrajšem možnem času obveščen o datumu prevzema pošiljke.
Ko ponudnik naročilo pregleda, preveri dobavljivost artiklov in naročilo potrdi oziroma z razlogom zavrne. Če je dobavna doba zelo dolga in kupec ne želi čakati, lahko to sporoči ponudniku, ki artikel odstrani iz naročila in vrne morebitna že vplačana sredstva.
Ponudnik ne prevzema odgovornosti za škodo zaradi daljših dobavnih rokov ali nedobave izdelkov, ki jih nima na zalogi. Ko je blago pripravljeno, ponudnik o tem obvesti kupca.
Kupec je dolžan preveriti pravilnost podatkov pred oddajo naročila. Naknadno podanih ugovorov glede računov ponudnik ne upošteva.
Kupoprodajna pogodba je sklenjena, ko ponudnik potrdi naročilo. Od takrat so cene in pogoji fiksni.
Nakup je možen s plačilom ob prevzemu, z nakazilom na TRR ali prek sistema PayPal.
Cene izdelkov so v EUR in vključujejo DDV. Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do spremembe cen brez predhodnega obvestila.
V primeru napake pri ceni ponudnik ni dolžan izvesti naročila in omogoči odstop od nakupa.
Če izdelkov ni na zalogi, je kupec obveščen, naročeni izdelki pa so pripravljeni v roku do 15 delovnih dni. Ponudnik si pridržuje pravico do daljšega roka.
V skladu z 43.č. členom ZVPot ima kupec pravico, da v 14 dneh od prejema blaga podjetju sporoči odstop od pogodbe brez navedbe razloga.
Izdelke je treba vrniti v 14 dneh od sporočila o odstopu, nerabljene, nepoškodovane in v originalni embalaži.
V primeru upravičene reklamacije ima kupec pravico do zamenjave ali vračila kupnine.
Vračilo sredstev je izvedeno najkasneje v 14 dneh od prejema sporočila o odstopu, z enakim plačilnim sredstvom, razen če kupec zahteva drugače.
Odstop od pogodbe velja le za fizične osebe (potrošnike).
Garancija velja za napake v materialu ali izdelavi. Ne velja za poškodbe zaradi nepravilne uporabe, malomarnosti ali posegov nepooblaščenih oseb.
Za uveljavljanje garancije je potreben račun. Garancija ne izključuje pravic iz naslova stvarnih napak.
Ponudnik odgovarja za stvarne napake. Kupec mora napako opisati in dokumentirati v zakonskem roku ter omogočiti pregled izdelka.
Pritožbe se sprejemajo preko elektronske pošte. Postopek je zaupen. Spore se skuša reševati sporazumno.
Ponudnik se trudi za ažurnost informacij. Lastnosti izdelkov, cena ali dobavni roki se lahko spremenijo brez predhodnega obvestila. Fotografije so simbolične.

These general terms govern the relationship between the provider and the customer. The customer is bound by the terms in force at the time of placing the order. By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms.
The provider reserves the right to amend these terms. Any changes will be published on the website and become effective upon publication.
By purchasing a product, the user becomes a customer. Upon placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation. The customer is then informed about the order status and delivery details.
The provider reviews the order, checks product availability, and either confirms or rejects the order. If the delivery time is too long, the customer may cancel the item and receive a refund.
The provider is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to stock shortages. Once ready, the provider informs the customer.
The customer must verify all order details before finalizing the purchase. Later complaints about invoice errors are not accepted.
The purchase contract is concluded once the provider confirms the order. From that moment, all prices and conditions are fixed.
Payment is possible via cash on delivery, bank transfer, or PayPal.
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT. The provider may change prices without prior notice.
If there is a pricing error, the provider is not obligated to fulfill the order and will allow the customer to cancel.
If items are out of stock, the customer is informed and the order is prepared within 15 working days. The provider reserves the right to extend this deadline.
In accordance with Article 43č of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Products must be returned within 14 days of notification, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
In case of a justified complaint, the customer may request a replacement or a refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
This right applies only to natural persons (consumers).
The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
To claim the warranty, a receipt is required. The warranty does not affect consumer rights regarding product defects.
The provider is liable for material defects. The customer must report the issue with a detailed description and photo within the legal deadline and allow the item to be inspected.
Complaints can be sent via email. All procedures are confidential. The provider aims to resolve disputes amicably.
The provider strives to ensure information accuracy. Product features, prices, or delivery times may change without notice. Product photos are symbolic and may not reflect exact characteristics.
